LOS ANGELES, CA Thursday Jan.4.2007 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Tech lauwsuits have been flying around like pigeons in New York - they're simply everywhere.

In the latest battle, Apple, Google, and Napster are being sued over movie and audio downloads by a now-defunct company called Intertainer.

While Intertainer no longer exists, they still hold nine patents, and one that specifiaclly deals with media downloads.

According to its founder, Jonathan Taplin, "Intertainer was the leader of the idea of entertainment on demand over Internet platforms before Google was even thought up."
