But Kellie's not only proud that she managed to capture her experiences and emotions in words and music-she's proud that people are telling her this is exactly the kind of song that country music is all about.
"It reassures me that this is what I'm supposed to be doing," Kellie says. "One thing that I just really respect about country music is that it's about life. It's about real people, and it's about real problems...good times and bad."
