MINNEAPOLIS, MN Tuesday Aug.24.2004 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Prince fans will be happy to know that two Prince movies were released for the first time on DVD today.

In "Grafitti Bridge," the 1990 sequel to "Purple Rain," fans can watch Prince and The Time's Morris Day fight over a night club called Glam Slam.

In the 1986 film noir "Under the Cherry Moon," watch for actress Kristen Scott Thomas of "The English Patient" and The Time's Jerome Benton.

A special two-disc edition of the 1984 Prince classic "Purple Rain" also hits shelves today in honor of the film's twentieth anniversary. The new release includes nine music videos, several documentaries on Prince and footage from the original MTV "Purple Rain" premiere party.
