Tomorrow, December 15, Avril Lavigne performs on NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien. The following day, she'll drop by Live with Regis & Kelly to sing "Nobody's Home." The guests on Regis and Kelly include actress Cate Blanchett and Donald Trump.

Lavigne will also help ring in 2005. On December 31, she'll perform on Carson Daly's New Year's Eve Special on NBC.
