TWAIN: "There was a time when I was -- after my very first record from Nashville, I thought I might not be one of those who actually really makes it, and I may end up back in Canada, just playing clubs. And that might have just been it. This might have been my big moment of being an
international recording artist, and that's it."
Shania told King that she would've survived and could have been happy, no matter what, back in Canada.
TWAIN: "Yes, I love music. And you know, I've always been very passionate about it. I was always writing music. I was. I was very happy. And maybe that was naive, because I'm not so sure now in retrospect if I would have said wow, when I'm 50 or even 40, will I want to be doing this. But you know, I always had a backup plan too. I was always very
practical and logical about things."
