Set for September 17th in Los Angeles, the event also features appearances from Stevie Wonder, Amerie, John Legend, Brian McKnight and Toni Braxton.
MTV.com reports that the Lady of Soul Awards will also feature Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin, who will perform a duet with Stevie Wonder. Franklin is being honored at the awards show with the Lena Horne Award for Outstanding Career Achievements.
