NEW YORK, NY Thursday Dec.15.2005 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Kanye West and Fall Out Boy are among the artists scheduled to perform during MTV's 14th annual New Year's Eve special.

Along with West and Fall Out Boy, the show features performances by Young Jeezy, Shakira, Common, the All-American Rejects, and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. Rev. Run from Run-D.M.C. also joins in on the fun.
