NEW YORK, NY Friday Mar.24.2006 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Kanye West and the Game are among the artists featured in the new documentary "Rap Sheet: Hip-Hop and the Cops."

Shot over a three-year-period by first-time filmmaker Don Sikorski, the flick takes a look at rappers and the New York Police Department's rumored "hip-hop squad," formed to investigate crimes involving rappers.

MTV.com reports that "Rap Sheet: Hip-Hop and the Cops" includes interviews with Kanye West, Fat Joe, Snoop Dog, Ja Rule, the Game, Wyclef, Russell Simmons, Suge Knight, Cam'ron, RZA, and Beanie Sigel, who share their stories about the covert hip-hop unit.

The rough cut of the film features performances by Eminem, Fat Joe, Jadakiss and Lloyd Banks and will be screened at the IFC Film Center in New York on April 6th.
